Click on "Submit a file" on the residence sheet of your choice to make a request.

Fill in the reservation form

For each reservation, you’ll need to indicate the start date for your stay and provide the documents required for your file.

To simplify and speed up the process, complete your profile!

Add a photo and you're done! All your administrative documents are now together in one place in your personal account area. You can then enter your desired choices in a few simple clicks.

Your account area also contains all the information on your application and your flat once you move in!

03 -

Provide supporting documents

In your account area, under the "My Account" tab, upload the following documents for the tenant and the guarantor(s):

• Copy of a valid national identity card or passport or residence permit
• RIB
• Copy of student card or proof of enrollment. Proof of employment for the guarantor(s)

You’ll find the list of all documents you needed.

04 -

Sign the lease

Once your reservation has been accepted by the residence manager, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the rental contract and the guarantee document attached.

To confirm your reservation, print as many copies of your contract and the guarantee document as you need for each party, get them signed and return them.

You can now take out home insurance and apply for any housing assistance etc. directly online.
