Then you haven’t heard of the Nemea Appart'Etud Nancy Campus residence. It’s the real deal, proper studio and one-bedroom flats in a residence with a great atmosphere ... a stone's throw from the different Universities! Sounds pretty amazing, right?
You’re bound to find what you are looking for among the 107 flats in the Nancy Campus residence. Forget 9m² student rooms! Here, it's the ultimate luxury (or almost) for students. The flats in the residence range from studios to one-bedroom units and measure from 17 to 35 m². Bright, pleasant and well-decorated, all our accommodation is designed to optimise space. There's no better way to practice your favourite activity: tidying up! What, you don't know how? Surely that can’t be true, what were your parents thinking? The 8 wall shelves save space and the trundle bed is ideal if you have an unexpected guest. The flats are very well equipped and fully furnished with a desk, table, stool and even a wardrobe to store your clothes. It makes for great savings as you don't have to buy anything! Do you love to cook good food? OK, pasta shells with butter do count. The kitchen area includes a ceramic hob and a full set of crockery. And for fans of ready meals, a microwave is available. Not a morning person? Don't worry, you only have to walk a few metres to get to the shower. Each flat has a proper bathroom with a toilet and heated towel rail.
The Nancy Campus residence offers many services, in other words: no more relying on your parents! For a clean flat, you can borrow the hoover or even use the cleaning service. For your laundry, a laundrette is integrated into the residence and you can also hire bed linen there. Maybe now’s the time to say thank you to your mum for all those years of service?
With exams approaching, revision sessions are coming up, so for group work, head to the co-working room. But remember it’s ok to relax and have fun too (AFTER you have revised)! Your student residence in Nancy
Located just opposite the marina, the Nancy Campus residence is situated in a quiet, family-friendly area. On the banks of the river Meurthe, the building has direct access to a nature trail that's ideal for a tranquil jog. But rest assured there’s still plenty to amuse you. In 5 minutes on foot, you are at Place Stanislas and can enjoy its many bars, restaurants and nightclubs. To party in the old town and make the most of student discounts, a 15-minute walk is all you need. Want to go to the cinema? The Kinepolis complex is only 2 minutes away. Fancy a stroll in the countryside or sunbathing in the famous eastern sun? Vamos à la playa... or rather to Pépinière park located near the residence. Events such as flea markets, fairs and festivals are regularly organised here.
Don't have a car? It's a good thing there's no need for it here. Many schools and universities are within walking distance, such as Sciences Po, EEIGM, Lycée Charles de Foucauld and Lycée Henry Loritz. Get to the faculties of pharmacy, literature or law in a quarter of an hour on the tramway. The stop is just 200 m from the residence. Is your fridge empty again? (butter doesn't count) There's no need to travel miles to do your shopping. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away and a large shopping centre just 15 minutes away. If you need to post a parcel, the post office is less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Recently restored, this artists’ house is a little Art Nouveau gem. Between June and September, you can watch the sound and light show on Place Stanislas, and at Christmas, small wooden chalets are set up throughout the city. Enjoy mulled wine (in moderation, of course) while buying your final gifts.
