Located in the fast-developing Arénas Cassin district, the Nemea Appart'Etud Nice Campus residence offers a modern, secure and above all ultra-convenient living environment so you can make the most of the city’s vibrant energy. With its 88 apartments, the residence has been designed to provide students and young professionals with the perfect balance between independence, comfort and social life. Everything here is designed so you can focus on your exams while fully enjoying the city of Nice.
The residence offers accommodation specifically designed to meet the needs of students and young professionals. You can choose between studios, T1 bis and T2 apartments. In each apartment, brightness and functionality are key. For your meals, you have access to a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hobs, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The living space is cleverly arranged with a desk for your study sessions, wall shelves and a modular trundle bed that frees up space in the blink of an eye. The private bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet and heated towel rail, ensures complete independence. And of course, internet connection is included so you can study or relax online!
Need to unwind after a long day of work? Want to meet your neighbours? Our shared spaces are designed to encourage interaction. You can enjoy a relaxation room to decompress, a large shared kitchen to organise friendly dinners, or a coworking space for your group projects. For those who need to release the stress of exams, the fitness room is at your disposal, with even advice from a sports coach to help keep you motivated. The residence also makes daily life easier with many services included or available on request, such as a laundry room, secure bike storage and vacuum cleaner loan.
The Nemea Appart'Etud experience also includes a calendar of events and gatherings to break the ice and create connections. From September to May, one event per month is organised to bring residents together and make your year even more enjoyable.
