Great news! You’re off to study in Nantes! There’s just one thing you still have to do, find student accommodation without getting too stressed about it. No need to panic! The Appart'Etud Montécristo residence is ready to host you in the heart of the city in Nantes!
You don't want to end up in a broom cupboard where the bed is the only furniture that fits! The Montécristo residence offers 158 fully-equipped, furnished flats, ranging from studios (17 to 22m2) to one-bedroom flats (35 to 40m2) including some large studios (25 to 30m2). The flats are functional, pleasant to live in and very well laid out: no space is wasted, every square metre is optimised. Each flat has a table, an armchair and a desk. You even have your own shower room! No, you’re not dreaming! The race to get to the shower first is over. Are you having a guest coming over? Welcome them with open arms: you have an extra folding chair and your trundle bed can easily be transformed into a double bed or two single beds! A kitchenette with fridge, microwave and hob means you can show off your many cooking skills (or reheat what your mum made last weekend).
Whether it's for a short or long stay, you’ll quickly feel at home, the Montécristo residence is like your personal cocoon. Everything has been designed to ensure the best set-up for you to succeed in your studies: the environment is calm, the residence is close to classes and the city centre and offers many services for your comfort. If you don't know anyone in Nantes yet, don't fret about it, you’ll soon meet your neighbours. From the beginning of September and throughout the year, the residence organises parties to celebrate various events and help our residents get to know each other better.
Studying can be intense, so remember to take breaks from time to time! The Montécristo residence gives you access to a fitness room and one fitness class a week. A muscle-sculpting session to clear your head and push your limits or a yoga/pilates class to relax and learn to manage your stress ahead of your exams. There’s no excuse not to have a summer body all year round. Have some group work you need to hand in? Head for the residence's co-working room. Would you rather relax and watch a series on Netflix? (We said one, not 586) Meet on the couch in the common room.
