Living in one of the 105 flats within the Appart'Etud Montpellier Beaux-Arts residence really is the best. We’re talking accommodation with modern décor that's fully furnished and equipped. It’s pure comfort, you won't regret leaving your family cocoon! The residence is home to 105 studio, large studio and one-bedroom flats, ranging in size from 18 to 38m2. With clever storage and space-saving equipment, the layout of the flats has been designed to optimise every available square metre. The kitchen has everything you need: a microwave oven, fridge, ceramic hobs, cupboards... The ultra-practical kitchenette will inspire you to cook something other than buttered pasta! As for storage, wall shelves are great for adding a personal touch with decorative items or for storing your books. There’s no excuse for leaving your stuff lying around! A table on wheels slides under your desk when you want to free up space, and a folding chair is available if a guest arrives unexpectedly. Your trundle bed means you can even offer to let them stay over!
To make your life easier, the Montpellier Beaux-Arts residence offers many services: a laundrette, linen and TV hire, Wi-Fi, a bike shed, a co-working room... No more going home to visit your mum and dad with a dirty laundry basket! A gym is also available for you to unwind after class! Need motivation? As we all know, between late-night revision sessions, nights out with friends and Netflix parties, student nights always seem to be over too quickly. What if luxury was being able to enjoy your night until the last possible moment? The Montpellier Beaux-Arts residence is located 5 minutes' walk from the École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts, and 10 minutes' walk from the Faculty of Law and Letters. Are you a student at Lycée Joffre? The residence is only a 10-minute walk away, which is super convenient for squeezing more time out of your day. Less than 30 minutes away by tram, you also have access to EPF, the Faculty of Medicine and Université Paul Valéry.
Like any independent student, you’ll eventually need to find your way to a supermarket (even if it's just to buy ready meals)! The shops and local services are all located within a 15-minute walk of the residence, as is the main centre of Montpellier and the well-known Place de la Comédie, which houses all the city's coolest bars and restaurants. In Montpellier, you can enjoy the sun and beach all year round: give up your summer body during the winter? No way! You won’t have to go far to get in shape, you could try going for a jog in the Edith Piaf or Domaine Méric park, both are very close to the residence! Are you a bit of a shopaholic?
