Rouen is a dynamic city with a wide range of festivals, including:

• Spring Festival: running through March and April, this festival showcases new forms of circus
• Festival Terre de Paroles: a travelling literary festival, scheduled for early October
• Game'in Rouen: a video games festival traditionally held at the end of January at the Kindarena
