Where to study in Marseille?

The city of Marseille is home to many universities and colleges in various fields. In particular, the largest university in France, Aix-Marseille. Then there’s Lycée Militaire d'Aix, which prepares students for the competitive entrance exams to France’s top institutions. For self-study once your classes are over for the day we recommend the Alcazar library.

 

Public transport in Marseille

Bus, tramway, metro, bicycle, car-pools... The city of Marseille has various transport options. The metro network operates from 5.00 am to 1.00 am and the city also offers low-cost student passes.

 

Visit Marseille

Stroll along the quays of la Fraternité and visit the huge fish market in the Old Port. Pass by Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde and experience a breathtaking view of the whole city.

 

Where to go out in Marseille?

To discover Marseille by night, head down to the port, take stroll then settle comfortably on the terrace of one of the restaurants. To continue your evening, go to Cours Julien, the home of are many bars, then finish your evening at Baby Club or Maxi Club.
