No need to stress! The Nemea Appart'Etud Tolosa residence is in a great location, close to many universities and the city centre, and has fully-equipped, perfectly arranged flats.
Ideally located, the Tolosa residence is made up of 118 flats spread over several floors. These are proper studio flats with a surface area of between 16 and 27 m². Rest assured, you won't be bumping into furniture every two minutes through lack of space! These living spaces are designed to be as practical as possible for everyday life. Are you a tidying pro? If only! To make it easy, each flat is equipped with wall shelves and a wardrobe. There’s no excuse for leaving your socks lying around. When it comes to making meals, whether you're team "delicious and nutritious" or "a ready meal will do", you'll find just what you need. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, cupboard and fridge. You also have a proper bathroom with a toilet, shower and heated towel rail in your flat. No need to queue in the morning with your towel under your arm to take your shower. Have visitors coming to stay? Your trundle bed can quickly be transformed into a double bed. Are your parents coming to stay over? Shared accommodation is out of the question! The residence provides specific accommodation subject to availability.
