Nemea Appart'Hotel: aparthotels in the heart of cities and business districts for short and long stays. Nemea Appart'Hotels offer fully equipped apartments (kitchenette, workspace, sleeping area, and bathroom), à la carte services (breakfast, housekeeping, laundry, etc.), and free relaxation areas (heated pool, sauna, hot tubs, steam room, gym, etc.).
Nemea Appart'Etud: student residences in the heart of university campuses for students and young professionals. A true place for study (co-working), living (shared kitchen, gym with personal trainers), and sharing (Masterclasses, cafeteria, cinema room) inspired by co-living and current trends.
The mixed-use residence is a true shared living space open to students, young professionals, business travelers, and city breakers. With Nemea coliving, Nemea aims to offer modular private living spaces open to shared convivial areas and multiple facilities for meeting new people, playing sports, working or eating.
