This Nemea Appart'Etud residence offers comfortable, cosy and well-equipped student accommodation. Located just 10 minutes by bus from the city centre and close to the main campuses, it’s the ideal spot for those who get fed up walking everywhere. Living in a residence is perfect for mixing study sessions (to reassure your parents) with evenings to unwind and meet other students.
Forget about the faded 80s-style residences with carpet on the walls! Built just 4 years ago, the Aix Campus 1 residence is pretty stylish. Modern, bright and colourful, to be honest, these flats look like they’ve leapt straight out of the latest IKEA catalogue. You can reassure your mums that the building has all the essential security equipment (cameras, gates, coded entry, videophone). And there's a bike shed to keep your bike safe.
Neither too big you won’t be getting lost down vast corridors) nor too small (space is everything!), the Aix Campus 1 residence is just the right size with 140 studio flats, ranging from 20 to 26 m² each. Scared you’ll be trading mum and dad's house for a broom cupboard? Don't worry. Here, each flat is perfectly arranged, like a little cocoon. Are you a dab hand in the kitchen? Good news, you’ll be able to invite your neighbours over to try your specialities! Each flat has a fully equipped kitchenette with an integrated ceramic hob and microwave (we're not all Master Chef wannabes). Raclette and fondue sets are available to borrow. When it comes to studying, you have two options: solo (a large desk in your room) or ‘colo’ ( collaborating with your friends in the co-working room). Having a visitor? Let them stay over! In two minutes, the trundle bed becomes a double bed.
There is more to life than work! Think about taking a break. Want to unwind? Put on your trainers and head to the gym. You can count on the trainer to help you make the most of your session. To relax and open your chakras, hit the yoga mat. Courses are offered all year round. Inhale, exhale... That’s it, You’re there!
