Are you tempted by student residences, but scared you’ll be stuck in a 9 m² broom cupboard? Check out the Nemea Appart'Etud Nanterre Campus residence. Clearly, this is THE residence for Nanterre students. Ideally located right by Université de Paris Nanterre and Ecole du Numérique Ynov Campus, this residence is made up of 130 studio and large studio. With a surface area of 17 to 25 m², these are fully furnished flats that are perfectly arranged and well-equipped. Can't picture yourself standing in the hallway with bed hair and pillow creases clutching your towel as you wait to take a shower? Then you’ll be relieved to know that each flat has its own bathroom and toilet with a heated towel rail. When it comes to cooking, whether it’s microwave meals or a beef bourguignon from scratch, you have everything you need. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven and a ceramic hob. To work on your studies, there’s a desk in your room. Prefer to study in pairs? Don't worry, all the flats have two chairs and even a trundle bed if you have a surprise guest to stay over.
On a day-to-day basis, the residence is like your friendly neighbour, providing you with lots of little services to make life easier: linen hire and a laundrette (no need to stuff your case with dirty clothes when you go back to your parents), cleaning services, baskets of fresh food or even breakfast. If you need to work on group projects, there’s even a co-working room.
There is more to life than work! Addicted to series? Check out the residence’s Netflix account. In addition to TV, the flats also have fibre Wi-Fi. Screens not for you? Prefer to get your sweat on? The gym has a trainer to help with motivation. Muscle sculpting, boxing, yoga and self-defence classes are offered to students. It's a great way to relieve tension after a long exam. Rubbish at getting up to your alarm? By choosing the Nanterre Campus residence, you’re almost certain to be on time for class. In 2 minutes on foot, you’re at Université Paris Nanterre or the Ynov Campus. If you’re lucky, you may even have time for breakfast. With the RER A, you can be in the city centre in 2 minutes.
The La Défense district is very lively, with a shopping centre and a supermarket to get your essentials. It also has great bars and restaurants, a bowling alley, a cinema and more If you want to go out with other students, there's plenty to do! There's a sports centre and a swimming pool open to the fitness fans among you. Need to collect a parcel? To deposit your grandparents' Christmas cheque? The post office and bank are 2 minutes away from the residence by RER.

Do you like to cook fresh fruit and vegetables or snack in the open air? Head to the market every weekend! In the spring, why not organise a picnic in the sun at Chemin de l’île park?
