What apartments and facilities are available for students?
The residence offers a wide range of apartment types to meet the needs and budgets of every student. You can choose from 162 T1 studios, ranging from 14 to 30 m² (including T1 DUO studios), or one of the 10 studios specially designed for people with reduced mobility (PRM), ranging from 24 to 26 m². If you prefer community living, the residence also offers 17 duplex apartments ranging from T4 (70 m²) to T6 (up to 103 m²), perfect for shared accommodation.
Every apartment combines natural light with functionality. For your meals, you have a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and cleverly designed storage space. The living area is thoughtfully arranged with a dedicated desk area for your study sessions, wall-mounted shelves, spacious cupboards and a versatile pull-out bed that frees up maximum space in the blink of an eye. The private bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet and heated towel rail, provides comfort and independence. Not to mention the high-speed internet connection, essential for studying or relaxing, as well as the peace of mind provided by the energy package, which includes hot water, cold water, electricity and heating in your charges!
